US EFT/eCheck

simply select this payment method for any invoice, add your bank details, and you can pay any existing or future invoice (at your discretion) using tthe new US EFT/eCheck feature



American Express Processing issues with Cartika

please be advised of a known processing issue with American Express credit cards

American express is processed through our US based Merchant Account - which is powered by Authorize.net and Worldpay

Worldpay is reporting a world wide issue for American express on certain international platforms. In this case its Global Pay (for example, the platform DS Digital Media is using with Worldpay, is Global Pay)

Worldpay is aware of the issue, but, have not been able to provide a solution to this problem. This has been a recurring problem over the last year or so. Previously, they have been able to resolve this issue within a few days. At this time, this issue has been persistent for 2-3 weeks and they are unable to provide us with a firm ETA for resolution

Apparently there is some dispute between Global Pay and Worldpay and AMEX processing has just been shut down for Worldpay customers on the Global Pay platform

We are not sure if a solution exists here, and no one bothered to tell DS Digital Media or other merchants this problem existed and this dispute existed upstream

As such, we recommend all customers switch to a different payment method for now, in order to process any existing open invoices. Especially with invoices which may be time sensitive (SSL or domain renewals) - as if you are using AMEX as your payment method, the transactions will not process and you risk domains and ssl certificates expiring

DS Digital Media will try and accommodate accounts which are past due for DS Digital Media services - however, please note, this is on a best effort basis, and if these accounts remain unpaid, there is a chance our automated systems may suspend services which are past due

At this time, and because this issue appears to be persisting past a reasonable period of time for the merchant processors to resolve, DS Digital Media advises all customers to switch to a different payment method (other than AMEX), until such time that this issue is able to be resolved or until such time that DS Digital Media is able to find a different solution to address AMEX processing
